I take great pride in my work and guarantee complete satisfaction with every piece. If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch with me within 14 days of delivery, and I will gladly offer an exchange or refund.

  • If the mistake is on our end or the item arrives damaged, we will cover all costs, including shipping.

  • If the return or exchange is due to buyer error or a change of preference, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser.

  • Gift recipients may exchange their item but are not eligible for refunds.

Processing Time

We offer free shipping on most orders, using the most cost-effective carrier, which may include:

If you prefer not to use a specific carrier, please contact us before placing your order. Whenever possible, if the cost difference is minimal, we upgrade to faster 2-3 day shipping at no additional charge.

Shipping Days
We process orders seven days a week, including Sundays and recognized shipping holidays. However, shipments can only be sent on days when carriers are operating.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will replace it. However, we kindly ask for your assistance in filing the necessary insurance claim with the carrier.
